Sunday night 8 p.m... Enter through a swirl of wine red velvet curtains… a huge glass cylinder brimming with luscious magenta flowers. Groups of guests are engaged in Laughter, convivial chatter, the light delicate walls a muted green, wooden chairs..a hospitable + engaged Alex greets me escorting me to" his favorite table" for two by a large window. Yes Bacco does serve a delicious gluten free meal of pasta complete with their own rice bread which is gluten free. So this is what I had, all delicious. The meals are presented in a traditional sequence by their Italian designations antipasti, primi, secondi, contorni + of course lots of Vini...
